TWAS-CNPq Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme Scholarship Contest


Scholarship Contest They are given to scientists from developing countries (except Brazil) to allow them to pursue postdoctoral research in natural sciences. CNPq will provide a standard monthly allowance which should be used to cover living expenses, such as accommodation, food and health insurance. The monthly salary will not be converted into foreign currency.

-Be a maximum age of 45 years on 31 December of the application.
-Be a permanent resident in developing countries (except Brazil).
-Hold a Ph.D. in natural sciences.
-Being a regular employee in developing countries (except Brazil) and held a research assignment there.
-Provide proof that s / he will return to his / her home country on completion of the fellowship.
Knowledge of Portuguese-Prove or give a certificate of proficiency in Spanish or English (if these languages ​​are not mother tongue candidates).
-Having a Curriculum Vitae updated in CNPq's latte Platform.
-Present a detailed research plan approved by / supervisor she was his host.
